SKI Corporation Acquisition Division is established as an integral part of SKI Corporation’s long-term investment and property development strategy. Through this division, SKI Corporation will acquire and renovate (or occasionally build) its own facilities for lease to clients, which will be maintained through the company’s other divisions, leading to significant maintenance cost savings. Additionally, SKI Corporation will acquire residential and commercial foreclosures, bank-owned properties, properties with unpaid taxes and similar properties to renovate for sale.
