Squeeky Kleen, Inc. began as a janitorial services company and quickly expanded into others areas such as industrial flooring systems and commercial painting. As a licensed general contractor, Squeeky Kleen became actively involved in the renovation and restoration of existing facilities, which meshed nicely with its other services. After careful consideration of its future direction, a strategic decision was made to enhance the capabilities of Squeeky Kleen, solidifying its core focuses and attracting other key executives with unique areas of expertise, which closely aligned with Squeeky’s current philosophy.

With this purpose in mind, SKI Holding Corporation (“SKI Corporation”) was formed in 2008 and is the parent of Vision Group Construction, LLC and the new Squeeky Kleen Janitorial Services, Inc. To further expand the company’s ability and overall financial strength long-term, SKI Corporation added an Acquisition Division, which is focused on the acquisition of investment properties either to renovate and sale for a profit or lease and manage with the maintenance services for those properties being provided by the company’s other divisions. Additionally, SKI Corporation will operate its own real estate company, SKI Realty LLC.
